Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are an OEM/ODM factory, and we established our company since 2000.
Q2. What is your MOQ?
The MOQ f-or light source is 5,000pcs, and 2,000 pcs for lighting fixture each model. We also understand that start is very important for a long term business cooperation, so we can discuss the MOQ for the first trial order.
Q3. Can your down light do higher efficacy and longer warranty?
Yes, we can use higher configuration based on customers’ requirements to achieve higher performance.
Q4. Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5. What about the lead time?
Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production will needs about 30-40 days.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional for bulk order.
Q7. How to proceed an order for led light?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. OEM will be ok. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q9: How about the guarantee?
We offer 2 years warranty on light source, and 10 years warranty on motor.
